The air samplers SAS Super ISOLATOR ensure the accurate control of cleanliness of air in isolators and clean rooms: pharmaceutical and biological industries, hospitals, perinatal centers, clean rooms.

Insulation technology is used with the double purpose. One of them is to protect the product from microbial seeding from the environment, including personnel, while bottling and corking of vessels, and the other - to protect personnel from hazardous or toxic products. Insulation technology is based on the movement of pre-sterilized components (containers, products, caps) in the sterile room. These components remain sterile throughout the entire production process, as people do not come into an insulator and unsterile subjects are not brought. The personnel works with materials only in gloves. All air acting in an insulator is passed through filters HEPA or ULPA. For sterilization of surfaces peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide vapors are usually used.

Specially designed sampler SAS Super ISOLATOR is ideal for the sampling of air in such rooms.
