But formaldehyde – the toxic gas which is hazardous to health of people. To neutralise it it is possible to use ammonia, during reaction with which harmless connection is formed. PBI International makes completely automatic device Formalintek (Formalintec) intended for safe disinfection (sterilisation) of the big closed premises with the subsequent neutralisation of the rest of formalin by ammonia. The premise processed thus it is possible to use right after the operation cycle ended.

The maintenance instruction:

1. Calculate total amount of a premise

2. Close doors and windows

3. Remove people and animals from a premise

4. Fill tanks for formaldehyde and ammonia

5. Program a cycle a full cycle of disinfecting.

6. Put installation in the premise centre.

7. Press the button and leave a premise.

8. The premise will be disinfected by steams of formaldehyde which then will be neutralised by ammonia.

9. It is possible to enter into a premise through a time interval specified in the table in the instruction.
