The bag currently used to make Oxoid Dry-Bags is changing. At the moment different bags are used for standard Dry-Bags and Dry-Bags without filters.

All future Dry-Bags will be made using the same bag – please see photographs attached to visualise the change.
There are a couple of minor effects on use of the product. Where the out-let tube on the old bag is sealed with a septum, on the new bag it is sealed with an easy to remove black cap. This cap should remain in place until the medium is re-hydrated ready for dispensing.

The internal diameter of the out-let tubing on the new bag means that it is not suitable for use with the plastic disposable Bag Connectors (BM9925A) and should only be used with the stainless steel Bag Connectors (BM9901A).
